With 16 years in the field of intellectual property law, Kate is a member of the Intellectual Property section of the State Bar of Georgia. She is admitted to practice in all three federal districts in Georgia. Kate graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia’s Honors program. She attended Tulane Law School for her first year then returned to the University of Georgia for her second two years of law school graduating Cum Laude in 2003.
