Nicole Pope is an associate in the Savannah office who practices in the areas of information technology law and intellectual property law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Savannah Bar Association.
Her practice focuses on privacy and data security, as well as technology transactions such as outsourcing and software licensing, with knowledge in the health care industry. She also advises clients on managing their intellectual property, including filing and pursuing trademarks and copyrights.
Nicole, originally from Columbus, Georgia, earned her B.A. in Political Science from Georgia Southern University and her J.D. from the University of Georgia. During law school, she served as the executive editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was active in the Student Bar Association, Women’s Law Student Association, and Phi Alpha Delta.
